Domain Renewals
When Kadampa Hosting first started we would automatically renew domain names regardless of whether or not you intended to renew the domain. If you were delayed in paying or chose not to renew Kadampa Hosting would cover the cost to protect the domain. We now have close to 800 client domains it has become unfeasible for us to continue this.
We will continue to send a series of automated warnings when your domain is close to expiring, to the contact details given to us in your account. However to help protect your domain(s) we highly recommend you do one or more of the following...
1. Check and monitor the next due date(s) on your current domain(s) list. Click My Domains in the right navigation.
2. Set each domain to auto-renew. You will need to "Add funds for future invoices" to your account or use "Automated subscription payments" for this to work. See guide.
4. Make sure your Credit Card information is kept up-to-date and check your invoices are being paid automatically if you use "Automated subscription payments". See guide.
5. Add multiple contact email addresses to your account to receive invoice reminders. See guide.
6. Renew your domains well in advance. Renewing a domain for more than a year in advance can make it appear more credible to search engines. See guide.
